Hello, I hope you are all keeping well. I'm sure you will all guessed by now, we will have our Christmas meeting on Zoom. (mince pie and glass punch at the ready)

Monday 30th November. at 7pm.

"The Alderley Crewdsons -from Cotton Mills to Nobel Peace prizes"

Graham Dilliway, will present his research on another famous family who lived in some of the beautiful villas around Alderley. Graham has researched several other famous Alderley families ,e.g The Schill's in Croston Towers, The Hopkinson's in The Ferns & The Pilkington's in Firwood.

The Crewdsons are an equally interesting family, and like the other families mentioned, the Crewdson legacy is still enjoyed by us all today. This is Springfield one of the houses the family lived in.
